Extending our Warranty Period for a Long-term and reliable use. OSM Co., Ltd. extends the Warranty Period of OS branded products to a maximum of 10 years.
OSM Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shiso, Hyogo pref. Representative: Masayuki Okumura) hereby states that OSM calls to extend the Warranty Period for the Japanese market of OS branded products and products that OSM receives, inspects, guarantees quality, and ships, to a maximum 10 years.
Our Product Warranty Period for “Projection Screens”, “Display ceiling/wall mounts and floor stands” and “Batten hoists”, was “1-year” as a general principal in the past, however we have made a full revision of Warranty Period of our products individually, and we renew the rule in accordance with our just-released product catalog Vol.22.. Herewith, we have decided to establish a Long-term Product Warranty System.
All products that are completely manufactured by OSM Co., Ltd. in Shiso city, will be able to do repairs at OSM main plant. We record the history of repairs of products per their serial numbers, and hence we made the Long-term Warranty of our products, which we originally designed and selected materials, feasible.
With the extension of the Warranty, we believe that we can provide you our products in better conditions.
We, OSM will keep moving forward with manufacturing products in fine quality.
Besides, the new Warranty Period (the Long-term Warranty) will be applied from 1st-Oct, 2022, in shipping basis.
