- Sharing Operational Procedures: Return to the basics and mitigate risk factors through streamlined, efficient workflows.
- Thorough KY (Hazard Prediction) Meetings: Acknowledge potential risks, eliminate hazards (deficiencies/carelessness) individually, and share findings with the team.
- Checking Unsafe Behaviors and Conditions: Ensure that workers, not just managers, fully grasp identical hazards to collectively maintain on-site safety.
- Mutual Support via Communication: Look out for one another and voice reminders to confirm safety and prevent unsafe actions.
- Execution of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) : Transform the quality of mindset and behavior, look around attentively, and nip potential dangers in the bud.
