OS CO., LTD. (HQ: Osaka, CEO: Masayuki OKUMURA) releases non-masked SEG series, which is a
motorized tab-tension projection screen, from 10th May 2022 (Tuesday).
Today, a demand of UST and ST projector is getting higher and getting popular for an educational market and conference solutions. OS CO., LTD. just place non-masked SEG series into the market to meet the market demands. (A masked SEG series were released before.)
A non-masked SEG series could be projected a sharp image by highest-level flatness, even UST projector used.
In addition to having tab-tension function to avoid wrinkles, SEG series is used designated material (model:WV904) to achieve such highest-level flatness. The WV904 of diffusive material features wide viewing angle, natural color expression, and reflecting projecting image without any color change.
A non-masked type projection screen, called a format-free projection screen, does not limit a projection image format, a source aspect ratio, an image size, or projector features. Users could choose any kind of setting, such as projector type (UST or long throw), image size and projection aspect ratio, etc.), even projecting portrait format.
The masked projection screen must exchange a new projection screen when purchase new projector, but a format-free projection screen does not require to be exchanged even projector is exchanged. A non-masked SEG series can be used a long time because of keeping using at a projector replacement.
A non-masked SEG series has 80 – 150 inch line-up to meet the trend of getting larger projection image size.
The WV904 material is certified Japanese flame retardant standard as a school, public building, and office building facilities.
A non-masked SEG series will be shown at OS CO., LTD booth in Educational EXPO (EDIX Tokyo) at Tokyo Big Sight.
