Information Security Policy

The OS Group recognizes that the secure management of customer information and all information assets across our business operations is of critical importance.
To ensure appropriate protection of these assets, we establish and implement the following information security measures:

  1. Information security is defined as maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
  2. All executives and employees participate in activities that support and strengthen information security.
  3. As a comprehensive AI (AV × IoE) systems company, we establish and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to fulfill our social responsibilities and appropriately manage the information we handle.
  4. Through the operation of the ISMS, we understand and comply with all business requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, and contractual security obligations.
  5. We conduct risk assessments and implement information security measures to protect wide range of threats.
  6. We provide regular education and training to all executives and employees to enhance security awareness.
  7. We conduct periodic internal audits to verify that the ISMS is effectively implemented and maintained.
  8. We continuously improve the ISMS to respond to changing information security threads.
