I’ve been working at this company for 9 years since I joined in 2015. Recruiting the talent needed to right positions, drawing up an annual recruitment plan, attending a recruiting session, meeting with the persons in charge of Job placement service to forge better relationship with them, implementing the necessary measures and having a meeting are my work contents.
I take a role as recruiting new graduates and intermediate recruitment of the entire OS group.

When having a new employee training for new graduates, I focus on more carefully and pay scrupulous attention to them. New graduates may be confounded by differences in situation, so I seek to support them gently.
I see closely that employees grow gradually with time of 3 years, 5 years and so on, and I wish them to keep motivated in learning ever after.

My thoughts for the future ~ My future vision with the OS group ~

Utilizing IoT technology is a feasible way to inherit skills and techniques. For instance, tasks that require essential knowledge and experience, can be covered by visualized technology and utilizing for training up successors.
I would like to contribute not only for the company’s development but for inheriting skills of “Making things” by training up successors.

OS group progresses toward the centennial. What would you believe the OS group be in 30 years?

I picture that the company will provide brand-new technology and services in 30 years.
