OSB HOKKAIDO CO.,LTD. has established in October, 2022. Before joining a member of this company, I had worked as a dealer sales representative in the AV market for 8 years and increased my experiences. I mainly visit customers in HOKKAIDO area, make an arrangement and run a field study. I visit a customer with our technical expert after accepting an order. I am working to my aim to win the trust of customers.

Right at this moment is my challenge, I keep trying to expand and work my fields as a start-up company, OSB. Stopping by customers to introduce OSB was the very first challenge, and gradually we were asked to get commissions. Lately, we deepen the relations among the customers. As a result, we have channels to the customers of various business segments.
The challenge never stops, for OS groups and also for myself. For the challenge, I sometimes face a difficulty, but I have a faith that I keep challenging to grow the company. I’m delightful and satisfied with work when we were chosen and received a voice from a customer “We would like to work with you, work with OSB.”.

My thoughts for the future ~ My future vision with the OS group ~


AV solutions are introduced to a building, which is now the mainstream. For the future, I believe that an AV combination with virtual space connects distant areas. I still can’t picture in concrete terms how the system works and to be utilized, but there might be tips in customers’ issues. It’s worth to listen to customers and find out about needs, and then we will use our knowledge and skills to offer them the best suggestions. Beyond them, there will be customers’ satisfaction and smiles, we would like to create such a system in the future.

OS group progresses toward the centennial. What would you believe the OS group be in 30 years?


The company that receives plenty of attention from various markets, is needed by customers and the community.
