I’ve been working for 5 years, I joined this company in April, 2019. I belong to the Customer support contact center where is the main contact across the country. Receiving orders and making quotations are top priorities, and besides, issuing Invoices and Delivery slips and supporting customers on the phone are my daily tasks.

The history of my own with the OS group and challenges in the OS group.


Working as a member of CS was the biggest challenge for me because I was not generally very good at talking on the phone. Especially, supporting phone calls and other tasks at the same time was the hard one. In that difficult time, I learnt from senior colleagues how they managed all tasks to finish up by the end of the day, and so I set myself the goal of being like them and working as they do. Currently, I am still the one “to follow”, but in the future, I would like “to be followed” as it was once I yearned for.

OS group progresses toward the centennial. What would you believe the OS group be in 30 years?


“ONE OS” is our underlying, we work toward, enhancing the cohesion. The company will be trusted and regarded company.
